Introduction

Enoch's billing feature allows users to easily manage their subscription plans, invoices, and payments. With this feature, users can view their current plan, upgrade or downgrade their subscription, and make payments directly within the Enoch platform. The billing dashboard provides an overview of all invoices and payments, allowing users to track their billing history and manage their finances more efficiently. In addition, Enoch's billing feature offers automated invoicing and payment reminders to help users stay on top of their payments and avoid any interruptions in their subscription service.

Billing Functions The Enoch billing feature has several functions that users can utilize, including:

  1. manage subscription: Users can easily manage their subscription on Enoch Sphere, view their subscription details, and make changes or cancel their subscription anytime they want.

  2. manage auto-payment: users can set up automatic payments for their subscriptions, making it easier and more convenient to manage their payments without worrying about missing a payment deadline. Users can also manage their auto-payment settings and update their payment method at any time.

  3. Transaction History: Users can view their transaction history, including all incoming and outgoing payments, the date and time of transactions, and the amount transacted.

  4. Withdrawal: Users can withdraw their Enoch account balance by providing valid withdrawal information and using supported payment methods.

  5. Invoicing: Users can generate invoices for payment requests or payment receipts for received payments.

Troubleshooting Common billing issues on the Enoch platform include:

  1. Payment Rejection: Payments may be rejected due to insufficient funds, technical issues, or invalid payment information. Ensure that you have sufficient funds, and the payment information is accurate.

  2. Delayed Transaction: Transactions may take longer than expected to process due to network issues or high traffic. If you experience a delay, kindly be patient, and the transaction will eventually go through.

  3. Account Lockout: Your account may be locked out due to suspicious or fraudulent activities. To avoid this, ensure that you use only verified payment methods and avoid suspicious activities on the platform.

We are currently working hard to bring these features to live as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Keep an eye on our updates and announcements for more information on the release of these features in Our Road-Map.
